- A year long program for technical leaders who are not managers but has a leading and influential role in Ericssons business. The program combines businessissues, technical issues and practice in another Ericsson site or department, leadershipissues and a ongoing communication with leadershipteam.
Coaching
- Individual coaching programs designed on the needs of the client. A common design is 10 sessions of 90 minutes over 6-8 months.

- MBTI - self assessment on basis of questionnaire available on the internet. Debrief with consultant 90 minutes
- IDI - assessment of 6 peoples views on your behavior in addition to self assessment. Debriefsession with consultant 90 minutes.
- Leadership Agility 360 - a brand new researchbased tool from USA measuring some important leadership agilities for modern leaders in fastchanging organizations. Feedback from as many providers you choose, self- assessment and debrief with consultant in two steps. All together 4-5 hours of debrief. Coaching can be offered in addition.
